All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify-supported payment providers. By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • All payment information provided is accurate and complete

In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order, with a full refund issued where applicable.

4. Orders & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or description errors

  • Suspected fraud, misuse of discounts, or unauthorized transactions

If an order is cancelled after payment, any amounts charged will be refunded through the original payment method.

5. Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to specific terms, including validity period, eligibility, and usage limits.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Discount codes cannot be combined

  • Only one discount may be applied per order

  • Discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value

We currently deliver within Egypt. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather or force majeure events

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

Kangs World is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, available on the Site. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and within the specified return window to be eligible.
