Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or refunds are not accepted for:

• Items with opened, damaged, or missing packaging
• Baby and personal care products that come in direct contact with the mouth or skin
• Bottles, pacifiers, accessories, and other hygienic products once opened
• Delivery and shipping fees
