Orders & Availability

Delivery Policy
- Delivery is available within Egypt only.
- Orders are shipped via our delivery partners.
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
- Alexandria: 2–3 business days
- Other governorates: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary during promotions, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:

- InstaPay transfer
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Customers must be available to receive the order and pay the full amount upon delivery.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in order cancellation or restriction from future purchases.
InstaPay Transfers
- Orders paid via InstaPay are shipped only after payment confirmation.
- Customers may be asked to provide proof of payment before order fulfillment.
Refund & Returns Policy
You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Returns
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or refunds are not accepted for:

- Items with opened, damaged, or missing packaging
- Baby and personal care products that come in direct contact with the mouth or skin
- Bottles, pacifiers, accessories, and other hygienic products once opened
- Delivery and shipping fees
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos.
Each case will be reviewed and handled accordingly.
Return Process

- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Process
