Orders & Availability

  • In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed due to stock updates across sales channels.
  • If this happens, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available within Egypt only.
  • Orders are shipped via our delivery partners.
  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
  • Alexandria: 2–3 business days
  • Other governorates: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during promotions, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.


Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • InstaPay transfer

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Customers must be available to receive the order and pay the full amount upon delivery.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in order cancellation or restriction from future purchases.

InstaPay Transfers

  • Orders paid via InstaPay are shipped only after payment confirmation.
  • Customers may be asked to provide proof of payment before order fulfillment.

Refund & Returns Policy

You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Bottles, pacifiers, accessories, and other hygienic products once opened

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return Process

Refund Process
